Founder, Chief Director

Sining Xiang is a writer/director based in Los Angeles. He wrote and directed FOREIGN UNCLE, which garnered numerous accolades, including a Jury Award from the Directors Guild of America, Best U.S. Student Film at Palm Springs International Shortfest, and was distributed by The New Yorker. His horror feature project THE GHOST WEDDING was selected for the 2025 Bay List, a new initiative created by The Black List and Rafael Casal.

Sining is a trailblazer in the vertical space. He directed many viral vertical shows, including the phenomenon The Double Life of My Billionaire Husband(400M+ views on ReelShort). He has created many viral shows for all major vertical platforms, including ReelShort, Dramabox, GoodShort and more.

Before embarking on a career in the entertainment industry, he worked as an electrical engineer in Silicon Valley. He holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from UCSD and an MFA degree in film production from UCLA.

Founder , Executive Producer

Na Gao (also known as Vina Gao) is a Los Angeles–based producer and talent agent with over 30 years of experience in the music, film, and entertainment industry. After a successful early career as a singer and actress in China, Na Gao transitioned to artist management in 2011 and founded Beijing Awakening East Cultural Brokerage Co., Ltd. in 2015, representing several prominent Chinese artists.

In 2018, Na Gao established Forest Dream Media in Los Angeles, focusing on actor training and film production, with works recognized and awarded at international film festivals. Since 2022, Na Gao has expanded into short drama production and TikTok entertainment operations. Na Gao currently leads a TikTok-certified entertainment guild and MCN agency, representing over 3,000 signed creators and streamers, and maintaining long-term collaborations with more than 2,000 short-video e-commerce influencers.

As co-founder of CineDream and founder of ReelTree, Na Gao leads a top-tier short drama distribution team collaborating with major global platforms, driving innovation in the international short drama ecosystem.

Core Producer

Based in Los Angeles, Zheyu is an experienced television and film producer and director originally from China, holding a MFA degree in Film Directing/Production from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). With over 12 years of experience in the film, television, and multimedia industries, her passion and talent for filmmaking have earned her multiple awards, including an Emmy®, the Directors Guild of America Student Film Award, and recognition at various Oscar-qualifying film festivals. Her films have been showcased at prestigious festivals such as the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, CAAMFEST, the Austin Film Festival, and the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

Zheyu’s films and television series have been broadcast on globally recognized platforms such as PBS (Public Broadcasting Service), ODK Media, Alizila, and Youku, attracting hundreds of millions of views. She has also established strong collaborative relationships with many renowned international clients, including Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, TikTok, Fujifilm, AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group), and ODK Media, among others.

Her vertical content shows have been streamed on multiple global platforms, attracting over a hundred million viewers, including ReelShort, GoodShort, ShortMax, Dramabox, DramaWave, Dreame, and Pocket FM. The short drama she produced, "Married at First Sight," has garnered over 204 million views, while "Will You Be My Love Again," “Kidnapped by the Mafia”, "We Are Never Getting Back Together," "Fated to My Forbidden Vampire," and "Bound to the Bastard Billionaire" have each exceeded a hundred million views. Her other productions include "Cherished by My Ex-Husband’s Brother", "CEO's Substitute Wife”, “The Mafia’s Mistaken Lover”, “Saving Nora” and “My Dragon Princess”.
